Regency Holds PKT Program for Pramuka Islanders

Integrated Entrepreneurship Development (PKT) program is held by Thousand Island Regency in Thousand Islands Regency Office's Pola Building. This activity is held for two days, Monday (3/11) and Tuesday (3/12), to educate local entrepreneurs.

We appreciate locals' enthusiasm for this activity, especially small merchants

There are 100 residents of Pramuka Island, Panggang Island, North Thousand Islands who work as merchants and entrepreneurs who are interested to participate. In this activity, they learn to improve their skill, apply business permit and propose capital.

PTSP Keeps Innovating to Give Ease Service

"We appreciate locals' enthusiasm for this activity, especially small merchants," stated Mardiastuti, Thousand Islands Technical Work Unit (UKT) 2 for UMKM and Cooperative Section Head on the location, Monday (3/11).

Mitun (43), grocery shop merchant who participates in this activity, expressed that her side gains knowledge about entrepreneurship through this program. She hopes this knowledge can improve her skill in marketing and gain more income.

"I hope this training can help me to know how to trade properly thus I can develop my business," she stated.
